Received your item but realised something's wrong? Take the following steps:
1. Take a photo or video of the fishes in the bag unopened. Photo/video taken must show our fishes in the bag unopened, and it must be clear (not blurred).
2. Submit a Refund/Return/Replacement form here. All report of claims are to be submitted within 2 hours from the delivery time. Please do not delay your reports because it is after working hours - we will check by the timestamp of all reports received.
3. We will process your report of claims within 1-2 business days. Refund of claim will be given if all informations given are correct and reasonable.
